Take your newly acquired skills in Contemporary Kiln Formed Glass to the next level in this dynamic 2-day Intermediate Workshop.

This workshop is suitable for students who have already completed our one-day beginner workshop or have had prior experience with kiln-formed studio glass

This November 2 Day Intermediate Workshop will deliver a specific project focusing on the ancient and beautiful technique of Pate-De-Verre (meaning ‘Paste-of Glass’).

Students will be guided through this process in professional detail with a workshop focus on the production of a beautiful decorative lampshade form - suitable for installation in your home. Other forms including sculptural forms, platters as well as Christmas wreaths/decorations etc can also be created.

Pre-sieved glass frits of varying colours and sizes will be provided, as will the moulds and other materials for the project.

A project worksheet will be circulated prior to the workshop commencement.

Our exciting suite of Intermediate level courses will equip students with the next level of glass kiln forming skills, whilst fostering each individual’s artistic direction in glass.
